Our beginner classes are a great 50 minute workout to concentrate on your form, and precision, and improve coordination.

Open level is the next step up from RF Lite, with more advancements for those who are wanting to step up their pilates game up. Open is suitable for all levels of fitness. There will be both beginner and advanced options given.
