Start with our RF Lite Reformer class – a beginner-friendly session focused on Pilates foundations, proper form, and confidence-building.

We don’t recommend beginning with an Open or HIIT class, as RF Lite ensures you receive the appropriate guidance and care while learning the basics.
Our mat classes are also Open level.

During pregnancy:

• From 12 weeks gestation, you may attend our prenatal-friendly classes only (no exceptions)

• Hot mat, hot yoga, and sauna sessions are not suitable during pregnancy

• You must provide written clearance from your GP, OB-GYN, or women’s health physio. We also ask that you check in with your instructor prior to your class starting.

• Unfortunately, we can't accept new clients beyond 18 weeks pregnant in our group classes.

Postnatal:

• You’ll need a 6–8 week postnatal clearance before returning to classes

• Start back gently with our RF Lite sessions only

Arrive 10 minutes early for your orientation. Your trainer will guide you through everything that you need to know before and during your class.

You’ll join up to 18 participants in our Reformer studio or up to 20 in our Mat studio for a dynamic 45-minute full-body Pilates session led by our expert instructors. We recommend that new-comers begin with our Lite (beginner friendly) classes.

Each class focuses on:

• Building strength

• Improving core stability

• Enhancing posture

• Finishing with a mindful stretch

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely and stay cool.

Please bring:

• For mat room classes: a full-length towel to cover the mat

• Optional sweat towel for reformer classes

• A water bottle (no glass for safety)

• Grip socks (recommended for safety – available at the studio)

We recommend starting with 2–3 classes per week to build consistency, strength, and familiarity with the movements.
You can adjust based on your goals and how your body feels.

Group Pilates may not be suitable if you’re recovering from injury or surgery, as some movements may aggravate your condition or delay healing.

We recommend clinical Pilates, which can be tailored to your specific needs.

Late arrivals
To ensure a smooth and safe class experience for everyone, late entry is not permitted once class has started. We recommend arriving a few minutes early, especially if it’s your first time on the reformer.

Cancellations
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations will forfeit the class, and no-shows may incur a fee.

Intro offers
Intro offers are valid at your selected studio and must be used within the set time frame. Your pack will activate from your first booking.

Pregnant members are welcome to attend on the following terms:

• From 12 weeks gestation, only Prenatal classes may be attended.

• New members 18+ weeks pregnant cannot commence classes at Reformer Factory.

To maintain a calm and safe environment, we’re unable to accommodate or supervise children in the studio. We kindly ask that childcare is arranged prior to your visit.
