  • RF REFORMER | LITE [BEGINNER]

    LITE is our beginner-friendly Reformer class—ideal if you're new to Pilates or want to sharpen your technique. This 45-minute full-body session focuses on form, control, and coordination to help build strength and confidence.

    No experience needed. You'll be guided through core movements with spring options and modifications to suit your body and goals. Slower-paced, but still delivers results.

    Not suitable during pregnancy—please book our Prenatal Friendly classes from 12 weeks.

  • RF REFORMER | OPEN [EXPERIENCED]

    OPEN is a dynamic, full-body Reformer class for experienced beginners through to advanced clients. In 45 minutes, you'll build on Pilates fundamentals with more intensity, strength-focused movement, and props like dumbbells.

    Expect a faster pace with options to modify or progress. We recommend completing at least five LITE classes first, but our instructors can guide you when you’re ready.

  • RF REFORMER | LITE PRENATAL FRIENDLY [BEGINNER]

    LITE PRENATAL is a supportive, full-body Reformer class for all levels—perfect for beginners and expectant mothers. This 45-minute session focuses on strength, control, and confidence at a slower pace.

    Whether you're pregnant or not, expect tailored guidance to suit your needs. This class is suitable at any stage of pregnancy. However, if you're a regular member and 12+ weeks pregnant, please attend our Prenatal Friendly classes moving forward to ensure your safety and support.

  • RF REFORMER | HIIT [OPEN]

    HIIT is a fast-paced, high-intensity class that fuses Pilates principles with full-body movement. In 45 minutes, you'll build strength, endurance, and stamina—while keeping joint impact low.

    Expect quick transitions, cardio bursts, and resistance work using props and bodyweight. Modifications are offered, but the pace is demanding and focused.

    Best for intermediate to advanced clients ready to push their limits.
    Not suitable for beginners or during pregnancy.
